GRR HOA Board

The GRR HOA Board is responsible for a wide range of responsibilities, serving as the governing body and custodian of the community's well-being. Their primary objective is to uphold and enforce the rules and regulations outlined in the CC&R's while ensuring the overall welfare and harmonious functioning of the neighborhood.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage and maintain common areas and amenities within the community
  • Enforce the community's rules and regulations
  • Handle violation notices and collaborate with homeowners to address any non-compliance issues
  • Establish and amend guidelines, policies, and architectural standards to maintain a cohesive appearance and uphold property values
  • Work closely with residents to educate them about the rules, respond to inquiries, and resolve disputes, fostering a sense of fairness and consistency within the community.
  • Manage the association's budget, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs, maintain reserves, and undertake capital projects. 
  • Ensure the long-term sustainability and prosperity of the community
  • Encourage active involvement through committees, social events, and other community-building initiatives
  • Promote transparency and inclusivity in order to strengthen the sense of belonging and unity on the ranch
