GRR HOA Board
The GRR HOA Board is responsible for a wide range of responsibilities, serving as the governing body and custodian of the community's well-being. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a professional, ethical and common sense approach in representing the interest of all Homeowners. Their primary objective is to uphold and enforce the rules and regulations outlined in the CC&R's while ensuring the overall welfare and harmonious functioning of the neighborhood.
- Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and maintain common areas and amenities within the community
- Establish and amend guidelines, policies, and architectural standards to maintain a cohesive appearance and uphold property values
- Communicate with homeowners in a timely manner through appropriate mediums
- Work closely with residents to educate them about the rules, resolve disputes, fostering a sense of fairness and consistency within the community.
- Manage the association's budget, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs, maintain reserves, and undertake capital projects.
- Ensure the long-term sustainability and prosperity of the community
- Encourage active involvement through committees, social events, and other community-building initiatives promoting a close-knit neighborly community that works together for the good of all
- Promote transparency and inclusivity in order to strengthen the sense of belonging and unity on the ranch
- Enforce the community's rules and regulations
- Handle violation notices and collaborate with homeowners to address any non-compliance issues
